These terms apply to your use of the KrishikOS mobile application and website ("KrishikOS"), provided by Prakriya Technologies. By using KrishikOS you agree to these terms.

1. About the service

KrishikOS is an agricultural technology platform that helps you record and manage farm operations, labour, expenses, harvests and livestock, and connect with agricultural advisors and other users. KrishikOS is currently in pilot testing and features may change, be added or be withdrawn as the product develops.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep access to that number secure.
• One mobile number corresponds to one KrishikOS account.
• You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content and your data

The farm records, photos, listings and messages you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the features you use — for example showing a marketplace listing you publish, or delivering an advisory message to the advisor you contacted.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use KrishikOS for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not post misleading, offensive, infringing or fraudulent content, including in marketplace listings.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or to disrupt or probe the service.
• Do not misuse contact details obtained through the platform, including for unsolicited bulk messaging.

We may remove content or suspend access where these terms are not followed.

5. Advisory content

Advice provided through KrishikOS comes from the advisors and experts you choose to connect with. It is guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome. Prakriya Technologies does not independently verify individual advice, and you remain responsible for decisions taken on your farm. For matters affecting health, safety or regulatory compliance, consult a qualified professional.

6. Marketplace

KrishikOS connects buyers and sellers. It does not process payments, hold funds, arrange delivery, inspect goods or act as a party to any transaction. Any dealing arising from a listing is directly between the users involved, and they are responsible for verifying each other, the goods and the terms of their transaction.

7. Availability

We work to keep KrishikOS available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Core farm records are designed for offline capture with later synchronisation; other features require an internet connection. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we recommend you do not rely on KrishikOS as your only record of critical information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prakriya Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of KrishikOS. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as KrishikOS develops. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.
